Introduction

In my workshops, I bring people together to reflect, connect, and grow. Whether it’s a corporate wellness session, a teambuilding day, or a mediation process, my aim is always the same: to create a safe and engaging space where people can explore how they work, relate, and communicate. Drawing from systemic thinking, experiential psychology, and years of facilitation experience, I design workshops that help teams build trust, reduce stress, and navigate differences constructively. Every session is shaped by your context and your goals – always human-centred, reflective, and practical. I take a holistic approach to corporate wellness, prioritising both well-being and productivity to cultivate healthier, more vibrant workplaces. My workshops and retreats are designed to help teams thrive while supporting individual growth, balance, and resilience.

How I want to support her and your relationship

Balanced relationships live on the one hand from dealing with each other, especially in difficult times. In individual therapy and counselling sessions for groups and couples, we will work together on the quality of your relationships. The following aspects characterize a healthy interaction with one another

Challenge

Workplaces today are often fast-paced, demanding, and emotionally charged. Many teams experience high pressure and low psychological safety. We are expected to deliver, take initiative, and stay motivated – even when communication feels tense or trust is low. When we don’t feel safe or connected, collaboration suffers. People withdraw, misunderstandings grow, and the quality of work declines. Teams may want to improve their communication or cohesion but don’t know how to start. Conflicts are avoided or addressed too late, leaving everyone exhausted. Organisations want to build stronger, more resilient teams that can handle challenges together while maintaining individual well-being. Intentional, well-facilitated workshops and retreats provide the structure, reflection, and experiential learning needed to restore connection, focus, and balance – helping both people and performance thrive.

Corporate Wellness

My corporate wellness workshops and retreats help teams and leaders explore how stress, communication, and relationships influence wellbeing and performance. We identify systemic dynamics that affect workplace health and co-create practices that support balance, awareness, and care. I integrate evidence-based techniques from psychology and wellness practices to help individuals build emotional resilience, sharpen mental clarity, and maintain performance under pressure. At our Corporate Wellness Retreat, participants experience a transformative four-hour program including guided breathing, meditation, light movement, reflection, and shared experiences to enhance cognitive focus, emotional balance, and overall health.

Teambuilding

Teambuilding has been one of my first passions. I use experiential methods, nature-based interventions, and reflective exercises to help teams reconnect, learn about each other’s needs, and strengthen empathy and collaboration. Sessions can range from one-hour workshops to full-day or multi-day retreats at your offices, a venue of your choice, or our therapeutic farm in Cullinan (Pretoria, Gauteng). Retreat-style workshops may include sunrise meditation, group reflection, yoga and pranayama, collective walks, journaling, ceremonial tea sessions, and cooking together. The goal is to create space, grounding, and community so teams can reconnect with themselves and each other.

Communication & Mediation

I support teams, couples, and families navigating tension or conflict. I create a structured, empathetic space where everyone is heard and can practice listening with understanding. Sessions last a minimum of 90 minutes; deeper issues benefit from three-hour or full-day sessions. While in-person is ideal, virtual mediation is also possible.

Customised Interventions

Every team is unique. Before each workshop, I conduct a needs assessment to understand goals and challenges. Together, we design a format that fits your team’s reality and supports stronger communication, collaboration, and wellbeing.

My expertise

My passion for working with teams began early. As a teenager, I completed my first leadership and teambuilding training and soon began leading groups myself. Since then, I’ve facilitated countless workshops and retreats – from short corporate sessions to week-long leadership trainings. My expertise integrates systemic counselling, management consulting, and facilitation. I draw from experience in both private and public sectors and hosting therapeutic retreats in nature. Over the years, I’ve developed formats that balance reflection and experience – enabling participants not only to understand concepts but to feel and apply them. I integrate holistic wellness practices, mindfulness, and endurance principles from my experience as a strategy consultant and athlete, supporting mental and physical health while enhancing focus, performance, and resilience.
