Star Breathing

Star breathing uses a visualisation of tracing a star while coordinating your breath. This helps anchor your attention, making it easier to calm racing thoughts. Ideal for a quick morning or evening routine, it centers your mind and body. Breathing into the belly during this exercise encourages relaxation, while chest breathing can increase tension. Over time, it promotes clarity and emotional balance.
