Box Breathing

Box breathing involves inhaling, holding, exhaling, and pausing for equal counts, often visualized as tracing a square. This rhythmic pattern helps reduce stress and improves concentration. Practicing this in the morning or evening can center your mind and body. Belly-focused breaths enhance calmness, while chest breathing may keep anxiety alive. It’s especially useful for grounding during overwhelming moments.
