By slowing down the breath and gently bringing awareness inward, you release accumulated tension and mental activity. This practice encourages reflection without judgment, allowing experiences to settle naturally. It creates a sense of closure, helping you transition from doing into being. Regular evening meditation can improve sleep quality and foster a deeper sense of peace and restoration.
