Can our problems be fixed - or is our relationship beyond repair?

Your experience and adventures as well as your goals are my top priority

Introduction:

Our mindset shows up in how we speak to ourselves during the day, the questions we ask ourselves, and the messages we tell ourselves. This short quiz will help you reflect on your natural tendencies. Read each statement carefully and ask yourself: How often do I think this way? Use the scale below to answer:

1 – Never (0 times per month)

2 – Rarely (1–3 times per month)

3 – Sometimes (1–2 times per week)

4 – Often / All the time (3 or more times per week)

How to interpret your results:

  • Add up your scores for statements 1–12 (Growth Mindset) and 13–24 (Fixed Mindset) separately.
  • Higher scores on Growth Mindset statements indicate a stronger growth-oriented mindset.
  • Higher scores on Fixed Mindset statements indicate a tendency toward fixed thinking.
