Juliane is hosting all retreats and collaborates with co-facilitators for the different types of retreats. Juliane is a therapist, systemic coach and couple’s counsellor. She holds a master in psychology. Juliane also holds a masters in management. In her early career, she was a consultant and led teams at multiple companies. Systemic therapy focuses on how you interact with your environment and the people in your life. We look at your strengths and holistic resources, not only your challenges to find a way forward.
Our retreats are hosted at our cozy farm close to Cullinan: ~30 min drive from Menlyn & ~one hour from Joburg. We take you out of the city and into nature where you will be surrounded by beautiful birds and stars at night. Relax in nature, go for a walk, watch a sunrise, meditate & breath. Indulge in the food our chef prepares, dip into our hot tub: It is a safe space that will make you feel at home.

You can plan your own customised experience with us – either alone, with your partner, family or friends. As a retreat facilitator, I also host group healing and specific wellness experience (wellness workshop or wellness programme). Based on my experience in consulting and leadership, I developed and host teambuilding experiences, conduct training on communication, mediation and leadership. We also open our farm to groups that wish to organise their own programmemes. Just contact us with any questions you have.

Our emotional wellness retreat strengthens emotional balance, emotional support and emotional healing. Previous participants have shared that it helped them with stress relief, burnout recovery, self-discovery, personal growth as well as a sense of empowerment.
