Introduction

Whether you’re looking to rest and reset, process emotions, reconnect with your partner, or simply find stillness, my nature retreats on a peaceful farm 30 minutes north of Pretoria will guide you on your wellness journey. I offer a variety of healing experiences, with retreats ranging from single days to week-long programs, and fully customized retreats for your unique needs. My aim is to create a safe, restorative environment where you can reconnect with yourself, explore mindfulness, and experience holistic wellness. Previous participants often tell me how rejuvenating and transformational their time at the farm has been, highlighting the supportive atmosphere, practical tools, and reflective exercises we provide.

How I want to support her and your relationship

Balanced relationships live on the one hand from dealing with each other, especially in difficult times. In individual therapy and counselling sessions for groups and couples, we will work together on the quality of your relationships. The following aspects characterize a healthy interaction with one another

I help participants slow down, process emotions, restore energy, and cultivate self-compassion and balance.

I host a variety of retreats at my farm, allowing you to choose the duration and focus that suits your needs. Retreats include Body Reset & Detox, Mental Health & Therapeutic Retreats, Expressive Art Retreats, Couples Retreats, Meditation & Yoga Retreats, Silent Retreats, and Full Moon Release & Reflect Sessions. I also design fully customized retreats, such as 10-day healing programs tailored to your personal goals. During retreats, you will experience reflective sessions, mindfulness practices, yoga, meditation, and expressive exercises. You can relax, walk in nature, enjoy the hot tub, and indulge in wholesome meals prepared by our chef. All retreats focus on holistic healing, encouraging reconnection with your body, emotions, and life purpose. I also provide a short quiz to help you discover which retreat aligns best with your current intentions.

My Expertise

I host all retreats and collaborate with co-facilitators as needed. I am a therapist, systemic coach, and couples counsellor, holding a Master’s degree in psychology and a Master’s in management. In my early career, I worked as a consultant and led teams in multiple companies. My approach is rooted in systemic therapy, which focuses on how you interact with your environment and the people in your life. We explore your strengths and holistic resources, not just challenges, to find practical ways forward. I create a warm, patient, and safe environment that supports your healing and self-exploration.

I offer a wide variety, including Body Reset & Detox, Mental Health Retreats, Expressive Arts, Couples Retreats, Meditation & Yoga, Silent Retreats, Full Moon Release & Reflect Sessions, and fully customized retreats. You can attend for a day, a weekend, or longer.

All retreats take place on our cozy farm near Cullinan, approximately 30 minutes from Menlyn and one hour from Johannesburg. Surrounded by nature, birds, and night skies, you can relax, meditate, walk, and reconnect with yourself.

I provide a short questionnaire to help you identify the retreat that best supports your current intentions and needs. After completing it, I will contact you with guidance and recommendations.

Both options are possible. My retreats are designed to accommodate individuals, couples, or small groups, depending on the retreat focus.

You can expect reflective exercises, mindfulness practices, yoga, meditation, and other healing experiences. You will have time to rest, reconnect with your body, process emotions, and cultivate balance and self-compassion.
