Introduction

My training is more than teaching – it is about creating spaces for reflection, learning, and transformation. I support individuals and teams in developing leadership, self-awareness, and practical psychological skills for everyday work life. My sessions, offered in-person and virtually, combine evidence-based methods with a human-centered, reflective approach. I help participants cultivate personal mastery and collective growth, enabling them to navigate complex work environments effectively.

How I want to support her and your relationship

Balanced relationships live on the one hand from dealing with each other, especially in difficult times. In individual therapy and counselling sessions for groups and couples, we will work together on the quality of your relationships. The following aspects characterize a healthy interaction with one another

Challenges

Many workplaces today demand high performance but often lack psychological safety. People are asked to deliver more with limited clarity on success, which can lead to self-doubt, stress, and disconnection. Unclear roles, constant comparison, and competitive cultures make employees feel they are never doing enough. Organizations expect individuals to take initiative and demonstrate leadership, but guidance is often missing. My training helps participants understand systemic psychological patterns, develop self-awareness, and build the communication and facilitation skills needed to thrive.

My offer

I offer a range of in-person and virtual training formats that can be tailored to your team’s needs. Standard topics include communication and feedback skills, anxiety prevention, stress management at work, building psychological safety, growth mindset cultivation, and mental health awareness.

I also design customized training and coaching programs based on an initial needs assessment, combining training, reflection, and individual or group coaching where required. Custom options include leadership and management development, coaching for young professionals, reflective support for leaders navigating complexity, and psychological literacy for managers. My goal is to strengthen both individual and collective capacity for reflection, communication, and effective action.

My expertise

Leadership
I developed and refined a leadership program for the youth organisation Bridging Gaps. Over 70 teenagers completed the program, learning to lead camps and mentor peers. I have adapted these methods for young professionals, managers, and business leaders, supporting authentic and accountable leadership.

Psychology at Work
My training bridges workplace strategies and psychological insight. I explore motivation, resilience, communication, and mindset through systemic, evidence-based approaches to help participants perform effectively while understanding how and why they work best.

Facilitation and Consulting Skills
I have facilitated numerous training formats drawing on experience as a management consultant, business leader, and systemic counsellor. I lead workshops of varying lengths, both in-person and online, and have delivered talks and webinars to diverse audiences. My facilitation combines structure, empathy, theory, and reflection.
