As a systemic therapist, I am curious how far you have come, what is already going well in your life and how we can learn from that. And I want to support you to create a life that you enjoy – not the life you expect yourself to live.
I chose systemic therapy because I believe we exist with and through the people around us – and I believe we are each other’s biggest treasures and support systems. I believe we can’t and shouldn’t even try to be strong, independent, in control or solve everything on our own.
