Take Back Control – Our Retreats Helping You Overcome and Manage Anxiety

The retreat is for people who are battling with anxiety and want to find more calm and joy in daily life again. It is for everyone who feels suffocated or constrained by their worries, fears or overthinking but knows in their heart that they want more from life. It is a combination of meditation, breath work, educational input, group reflections and individual coaching sessions to guide you from Friday evening to Sunday in three steps: Firstly, to feel and accept your anxiety, secondly, to understand what your anxiety is telling you and how you can respond to it and lastly, to practice how you can calm your anxious thoughts and focus on your inner strength.

Watching it together, being present, grounding ourselves on the rock and starting the day with mindfulness rituals has not only been an amazing experience for the retreat participants. But a blessing for me. The sunrise brings together my own journey of healing and growth with the space I want to create for you.
The Importance of Retreats in Nature for Our Well-Being and Happiness

We offer nature-based retreats to allow you to connect with the natural environment again and through that access the healing and transformative powers within you. We can’t wait to welcome you.
